THAI and THAI Smile are aligning Royal Orchid Plus mileage accrual and benefits for a more seamless experience when traveling across the networks of both airlines.

Earning Miles:

When traveling with THAI Smile you’ll now earn Royal Orchid Plus miles as you do on THAI, with all booking classes aligned. Miles earned with THAI Smile are also Qualifying Miles that determine membership status in the program.

For flights less than 500 miles in distance, Platinum and Gold members earn 500 miles while Silver and Basic members earn 200 miles.

Baggage Allowance:

On all THAI Smile operated flights additional tier status baggage allowance is also the same as on THAI. In addition to standard baggage allowance on domestic and international THAI Smile operated flights additional baggage allowance is as follows:

Platinum members + 30kg
Gold members + 20kg
Silver members + 10kg

Lounge Access:

Platinum and Gold status members plus 1 guest have complimentary access to THAI Smile branded lounges and THAI Royal Orchid Lounges when departing on a same day THAI Smile flight.
